#120: Wet Fart XX with Pooh
When I’ve tried to get people to sample this stuff, half say ‘I dunno… Wet fart…’ and the other half try it. As for me, it was the fiorst bottle I opened from a batch HotSaucePlanet sent me and I was pleasantly surprised. At first smell, I thought of de Arbol peppers, but actually it’s got aged red peppers like a lot of ho hum sauces. But with the addition of parmesan cheese, romano cheese and a smorgasboard of different spices, I was very happily surprised. Some good spicy stuff!

I’m not a big fan of this diabolical duo, but this sauce named after them is quite good – like a Louisiana style but a bit more raw with cayenne seeds and garlic.

#58:Mason Dixon Spice Company XXX BBQ Sauce
This one’s a winner too – reminds me a lot of the Honey Chipotle variety, but with a really good habanero kick to it. Also a bit less sweet. Very tasty stuff!!!

With a good amount of heat and a nice sweetness, I’d thoroughly recommend this sauce for use on chicken and pork! This sauce won the 2005 Fiery Food Challenge and I can taste why.

This is some great stuff – comes in a 34 ounce bottle with a wide mouth! Had it the first time with turkey SPAM and fried eggs – it was perfect. Has a rich chili powder taste and a decent thickness.

A nice bottle of sauce – has a slight processed flavor to it – but I really mean slight. It’s what you’d expect a chili-garlic version of regular Cholula to taste like – quite good on eggs and burritos.

#24: 2HOT Rocoto Sauce
This stuff’s different – all that’s in it is Peruvian Rocoto peppers and salt – no vinegar! Rocoto pepper has a bit of an almost tomato like taste and the pepperiness is just right. Special thanks to Steve of hotsaucehawaii.com!
